Legal education is an area of higher education that has remained relatively consistent over time, in spite of the social and educational changes that our society has lived: changes caused by the emergence of digital media and the transformation of the paradigm with respect to the teacher-student relationship. The author states the need for legal education to modernize, incorporate these changes and, especially, consider legal research as an ongoing activity within the academy sphere and as a collaborative process between teacher and students.
