Abstract

The aim of the paper is to establish the relationship between higher education and civic education. It will be proposed that both elements are inseparable, as the first one cannot simply be reduced to a technical issue. This is certainly essential, but it should also include a dimension that enables to the subject to be an intelligent participant in debates which concern the whole society.
