The aim of this study is to analyze some teaching methods, such as discussion, Socratic dialogue, case method, Problem-based method, role-play, simulation and Seminar, from ADI No. 5357, with the objective of enhance the legal debate on inclusive education. Therefore the study was based on literature and analytical research method. It initially goes through the legal status of inclusive education. After that, based on a study of teaching methods, it evaluates what juridical abilities can be worked with, considering the case study. Finally, concerning the methods listed, it intends to discuss the evaluation criteria that best contributes to improve such skills.
