The legal research methodology subject is a process with logical, systematic, holistic, rational and fallible steps, which seeks to solve the problems of human social relations, through the creation of legal norms and actions. This research was carried out under the qualitative approach, bibliographic type, using hermeneutics as a technique, it is also descriptive and projective. The implementation of a productive model of degree monographs in the university is proposed to increase research rates using the theories of Sabino (2016: 23). It is recommended to structure the process in moments, change the thematic content and the delivery of products by semesters until the approval of the monograph; Appoint lawyers with competencies in investigative processes to lead the subject, implement courses on topics of scientific writing, increase the number of events and scientific publications.
