Gender Pedagogy and Didactic: How do Feminists teach at Universidad de Buenos Aires Law School?

Abstract

For several years now, research has been carried out trying to show the importance of training gender-sensitive professionals. In the field of law, it is relevant that future lawyers have a gender perspective when practicing their profession in any field in which they work. In this paper we seek to identify and describe the existence of pedagogical and didactic practices that favor teaching law with a gender perspective. Likewise, we intend to show the limitations and challenges of its incorporation. In order to do so, we carried out semi-structured and exploratory interviews with law professors committed to teaching feminist law, taking as a case study that of the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires.
